The BodyMinder has room for thirteen weeks (91 days) of journaling. However, since the pages are not predated, it can be used daily or intermittently and thus, may last even longer.

To make your journal easier to use, it's divided into three sections. The front cream-colored pages contain tips and information such as 'Common Food Counts' (which can be customized by adding your own favorite foods). The white pages, the heart of the journal, are for your weekly plans and daily activities. The back cream-colored section has room for additional fitness-related records.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
