U.S. Purchases:

We offer FREE standard shipping for all purchases within the Continental USA! Our standard shipping service usually takes between 3-5 days to arrive depending on your location. If you need your package faster we offer Priority Mail and Express Mail for an additional charge.

Shipping Methods:

We will ship via USPS and FedEx. If you are an international customer you will receive a tracking number from Asendia who is partnered with the post office. You will be able to track your package through their website: http://apps.asendiausa.com/tracking/

If you are from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands, it costs a little more for us to ship to you so you may need to pay an additional fee at checkout if your package is over 3 pounds.

Please allow 1 business day for us to process your order and get it shipped out! :-)

Returns:

We will gladly accept returns on unopened items within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt or invoice. In order to receive a full refund the item must be sent back to our warehouse in unopened and perfect condition. It is the customers responsibility to ship the item back, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

We will accept returns on open items within 14 days of purchase if the item is deemed defective. This includes items that are clumpy, hard, damaged, past their expiration date, or missing it's security seal. If the inner seal appears to be missing, please double check the top of the lid. In most cases this seal comes off while unscrewing the lid of a supplement jug and is not a cause for concern. A small amount of powder leakage from the outer seal or bag seam is also normal. Please contact btrim121@aol.com or bring the item to our store with your receipt to return or exchange these items.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We accept orders from every country! We ship all of our international orders using Asendia who is partnered with the post office. They are able to expedite the shipping process and get our packages through customs faster than they would otherwise.

As you probably know, supplements can sometimes be seized by customs during inspection. We do our best to prevent this, but we make no guarantees. If your package is stopped by customs and returned to us we will issue you a refund for your the price of the products purchased.

Many shipments usually arrive within 2 weeks, however in some rare cases, the shipment can take 45 days or more if the package is delayed during customs inspection. Unfortunately, we have absolutely no way to control transit times or customs decisions. Make sure you know your country's laws on restricted products before purchasing!

INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES THAT HAVE BEEN STOLEN/SEIZED/LOST:

We are unable to take responsibility for stolen, seized, or lost packages. Unfortunately we are unable to work with international customs offices and postal carriers to resolve these issues. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If your package has been Stolen/lost or seized we recommend contacting your local customs office or postal carrier.
