Friday, May 17th, 2019

Summer is approaching quickly and we’re all trying to burn the extra calories we consumed over the cold winter months. While we know that we need to get more exercise, it’s hard to get the motivation to get out and do it. There’s also deciding what exercises or exercise programs we want to try out and what our overall goals are, that can sometimes delay us from starting. Everyone is different in what inspires them to workout, some are just looking for a goal tracking tool or a running program that they can build off of from there.

There are thousands of fitness apps available, no matter what it is that you’re looking for or what your goal is. Tracking steps? Logging your food intake? Actual exercises and workout plans that you can follow along with at home? We’ve collected some of the top apps for a variety of categories and goals.
